This role involves traveling to different locations to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment. Technicians must be adaptable, self-directed, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including RTU’s, air handlers, pumps, fans, and split systems.\nDiagnose HVAC issues and repair or replace defective components.\nAssist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of temperature controls and automation systems.\nRespond to emergency requests on an as needed basis\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and document work performed\nMaintain a professional, safe and clean work environment\nComply with all C&W Services and OSHA safety policies, including state and federal regulations.\nPerforms other duties assigned by direct supervisor and assisting other tradesmen.\nTracking and reconciling all work orders along with parts used immediately via a PDA system.\nMaintain company van, parts and tool inventory.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n3+ years of experience performing HVAC maintenance and repair in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments.\nEPA/CFC Universal & 410A Certification (required).\nMust hold and maintain all state licensure as/if required for the performance of HVAC repair work.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.\nProficiency in CMMS or work order management systems.\nProficiency with hand and power tools.\nStrong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.\nExcellent communication and troubleshooting skills.\nGeneral knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.\nMust hold a current state issued driver’s license and record in good standing.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements\nComfortable working in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces).\nAbility to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds daily.\nMust be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights and on roof tops.\nStanding, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods of time.\nRequires travel between locations, using a company vehicle.\nWork Schedule\nFull-time, typically Monday-Friday\nOn-call availability for emergency repairs will be required.\nC&W Services offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package.
