The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven\ntrack record in space and occupancy planning.\nJob Description\nPrinciple Responsibilities\nDirect the overall planning and development of new spatial activities and the activities of current projects and programs within assigned\nRegion and sites.\nWork closely with peers on the account leadership team, other service lines, and client representatives regarding proper staffing,\nfuture projects, and maintaining proper client relationships.\nPrepare operational presentations and reports illustrating space pipeline, progress, challenges, opportunities, and\nrecommendations.\nConduct meetings with clients, Space Team members and cross functional account members for inform, consult, request action,\nand seek approval with internal and client stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with core program standards - all C&W tools, processes, templates, and outputs standardized and customized\nto the client.\nDemonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options, and alternatives and\nrecommendation of the best course of action for projects, processes, and overall program operations.\nCollaborate with IFM, PDS, and client GRE leadership for alignment and day-to day operations. Recommend adjustments to\nprocesses when misalignment is identified.\nMake recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Direct development of program tools and\ndeliverables, which accomplish recommended solutions.\nProvide effective space planning solutions and move management delivery for all project types (expansions, relocations,\nconsolidations, refreshes); client relationship management; vendor relationship management, talent management; and resource\nutilization.\nDirect the development of planning proposals, site assessment for space efficiencies, utilization metrics, and supply and demand\nstudies.\nDirect and delivery of project activities, including relations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations.\nEstablish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised.\nOversee personnel and spatial data for the designated region/site, ensuring that drawings and space classifications are accurately\nreflected in the tool.\nRequirements\nAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project or technology coordination\npreferred with strong knowledge of move process and furniture systems or facility management experience.\nZero to Four years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment.\nProficient in MS Office Suite software applications\nExcellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills\nAble to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services.\nStrong oral, written and presentation skills.\nAssumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion.\nStrong attention to detail and quality with ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction.\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
