The role acts as the primary People Team contact for assigned client groups and ensures that people practices are aligned with company strategy, local legislation and Cushman & Wakefield values.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild trusted relationships with business leaders and management teams within assigned business areas.\nTranslate business objectives into practical people plans and workforce initiatives.\nProvide guidance on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent strategies.\nUse people data, insights and analytics to identify trends and support business decision making.\nSupport business transformation, restructuring and change initiatives\nManage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, performance concerns, absence management and workplace conflicts.
