Operating independently with urgency and rigor, the Program Manager drives decision-making, resolves program-level issues to closure, and serves as a primary liaison between project teams and executive leadership while setting high standards for quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nOwn delivery health and oversight for a portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, executive priorities, customer commitments, and defined success criteria.\nTranslate executive priorities into executable roadmaps, delivery strategies, governance models, and resource plans that drive measurable business outcomes.\nEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve project and program management methodologies, governance frameworks, operating rhythms, templates, reporting standards, and best practices across the PMO.\nProvide strategic guidance and support to project managers by helping navigate complexity, mitigate risks, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and overcome delivery challenges.\nMonitor and proactively manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-functional impacts; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues requiring executive attention.\nServe as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership by framing options, trade-offs, risks, recommendations, and investment decisions.\nLead resolution of the most complex cross-functional risks, issues, conflicts, and escalations to protect business outcomes and maintain delivery momentum.\nAct as a rapid-response leader for urgent executive initiatives by establishing governance, defining delivery frameworks, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and accelerating execution until dedicated resources are assigned.\nChampion enterprise-wide initiatives that need a programmatic solution\nRepresent the PMO in executive forums and planning discussions, providing recommendations on portfolio prioritization, resource investments, organizational readiness, and execution strategy.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred.\n5+ years of progressive project, program, portfolio management, or management consulting experience leading complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.\nKnowledge of commercial real estate, professional services, or service-based delivery organizations preferred.\nPMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum, or comparable certifications strongly preferred.\nProven experience leading PMO functions or enterprise program management.\nStrong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.\nDemonstrated ability to quickly assess situations, establish structure, and provide solutions to drive execution.\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
