Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and mentoring and/or oversight of the Transaction Coordinator role.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nGeneral:\nAssist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with client’s real estate goals and objectives\nCollaborate with C&W and non C&W brokerage professionals to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including lease, sale, sublease and purchase\nManage the flow of key documentation and client communications\nReview, and interpret financial analysis\nOversee revenue tracking of all transactions\nMaintain database of transaction activity\nEnsure accuracy of all transaction reports\nPresent transaction activity to client\nLead and/or facilitate client meetings\nProvide suggestions for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process\nAssist with the on-boarding of new team members\nMay provide supervision for transactional team members and others team members supporting the transaction activity of the relationship\nProcess Management:\nAssist with the development of standard forms and procedures\nImplement standardized processes/playbooks that create maximum efficiencies and add value\nAssist in measuring transactional performance\nEnsure that all client and broker engagement documentation is executed\nTransaction Management:\nCoordinate field broker selection process\nAssist with determining client needs and communicate project parameters\nCoordinate negotiations and management of transactions\nCoordinate legal review of all client leased/owned documents\nEnsure accuracy of financial data and reporting\nResolve landlord/tenant disputes\nCoordinate client site visits/market tours\nEnsure all State real estate standards are met\nAssist in the management of client rebate account\nStrategic Planning:\nAssist in the development of strategic real estate plans\nIdentify occupancy cost opportunities\nEnsure implementation of agreed upon strategy\nProduce and/or support business case development\nExecute strategies by developing action plans\nKEY COMPETENCIES\n1.
