Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.\nJob Description\nAbout the Role:\nProcurement Analytics & Reporting: Developed analysis templates, comparison metrics, and procurement performance reports to support leadership decision-making and stakeholder reporting.\nFinancial Modeling & Decision Support: Created procurement-related financial models, templates, and analytical tools while partnering with Finance to improve review processes and resolve reporting discrepancies.\nData Analysis & Program Enhancement: Compiled and analyzed data from research, surveys, vendor consolidation initiatives, and pricing inquiries to identify opportunities for program improvements and cost savings.\nVendor & Contract Compliance Management: Conducted price audits, monitored vendor performance, reviewed contractual pricing compliance, and benchmarked market competitiveness to ensure value and service quality.\nProcurement Program Governance: Tracked adoption rates of centralized purchasing programs, identified non-compliance issues, and supported initiatives to drive operational efficiency and financial optimization.\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. MBA or related master’s degree preferred.\nProven experience as a Procurement Specialist/Analyst (or similar role) with at least 3 t0 5 years of relevant experience.\nStrong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.\nExceptional leadership and team management skills.\nExtensive knowledge of the Indian market and local supplier landscape is highly preferred.
