You’ll assist with tender documentation, supplier engagement, contract administration, reporting, and maintaining procurement governance and records.Job Description\n12-Month Fixed Term | Canberra Preferred (Sydney, & Melbourne Considered) Australian Citizens Only - Due to Client Requirements\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale government procurement, contractor management, and national service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the preparation and coordination of tender documentation, expressions of interest, contract drafting, and supplier communications.\n\nIssue notices of award, variations, novations, deeds, and termination letters.\n\nAssist with transition-in and transition-out activities for procured services.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional C&W teams.\n\nSupport contractor performance management, including attending meetings and recording minutes.\n\nCoordinate contractor communications and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.\n\nUphold C&W’s global policies, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Vendor Integrity, and Health & Safety.\n\nActively contribute to C&W’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.\n\nAbout You\nYou’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
