Monitors and coordinates the execution of the two main programs and processes relating to client contracted agreements for Facility management and tenant improvement consulting services. May supervise one or more data analysts, and/or Facility Coordinators. Works closely with and provides detailed program reports to the Account Manager/Director or Portfolio Manager in addition to the building/facility management team.Job Description\nLead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master program budgets and timelines as required for each program and program phase to ensure overall program objectives and client needs are met\nDrive program enhancements and growth to achieve client's overall need and goal\nProvide governance to ensure data quality and develop trainings to address inconsistencies or inaccuracies\nPrepare and coordinate program reports for clients, Account/Portfolio Manager, and property/facility management team at all program phases including conceptual, implementation, completion, and reporting\nReview invoices, change orders and other documents associated with work orders; advice and counsel the Account/Portfolio Manager and building/facility management team,\nProvide all necessary documentation and reports to the client and building/facility management team\nCooperate with other building/facility personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profit\nReport to the Account/Portfolio Manager and senior building/facility manager regarding major problems and findings and results achieved along with specific, complete, and comprehensive recommendations\nMay be required to establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised\nManage large data sets, validate, update for accuracy, and provide reports based on data.\nPerforms other related duties as required or requested\nPosition Requirements\n·A BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project coordination is preferred with strong knowledge of lease terms, construction, move process and furniture systems.\n·A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment in any of the following areas: Space planning, MAC projects, furniture reconfiguration, project management or facilities management.\n·Ability to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology tools such as Monday.com, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, & Power Point. Time Management\nIMPORTANT EDUCATION\nBachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required\nIMPORTANT EXPERIENCE\nA minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required\nExperience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred\nExperience with critical system environments desired\nExperience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred\nCMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred\n ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS\nCertified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications preferred\nAbility to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints\nProficient in understanding management agreements and contract language\nExcellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\nStrong discipline of financial management including financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting\nKnowledge of Financial Systems (Yardi a plus)\nSkilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
