The role supports project intake, Smartsheet administration, project documentation, reporting, data quality, and compliance with established PMO processes and the project delivery playbook.Job Description\nAbout the Role:\nSupport the PMO Lead with day-to-day administration and coordination of the project portfolio.\nMaintain Smartsheet project trackers, dashboards, project data, milestones, and reporting information.\nCoordinate the project intake process, including collection of required information, documentation, approvals, and project setup.\nMaintain organized and complete project records, including scope, budget, schedule, approvals, risks, changes, and closeout documentation.\nReview project information and documentation for completeness, consistency, and compliance with PMO standards and required stage gates.\nSupport collection and validation of Project Manager status updates and follow up on missing or incomplete information.\nMaintain KPI tracking, compliance scorecards, risk/issue logs, and other PMO reporting tools.\nSupport PM onboarding by maintaining templates, process documentation, reporting requirements, and project delivery resources.\nAssist the PMO Lead with project closeout reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide additional coordination, reporting, documentation, and administrative support to the PMO Lead as needed.\nKey Deliverables\nSmartsheet portfolio tracking and dashboards; project intake tracking; organized project documentation; project status and data quality reviews; KPI/compliance tracking; risk and issue logs; stage-gate tracking; closeout documentation; PMO templates and reporting support.\nAbout You:\n2-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, project controls, quality assurance, or a related role.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage information across multiple concurrent projects.\nStrong working knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, and project reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of project lifecycle, documentation, budget, schedule, risk, and reporting processes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nCorporate real estate or multi-site capital project experience preferred.\nRole Scope\nThis is a portfolio-wide PMO support role working directly with the PMO Lead.
