This role is responsible for managing projects from planning and design through construction and completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nThe Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, driving successful project execution while delivering an exceptional client experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project management of capital projects, tenant improvements, office renovations, and workplace construction initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and reporting processes.\nCoordinate project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and facility management teams.\nManage design review, procurement, tendering, and contractor selection processes.\nReview and approve project costs, change orders, invoices, and budget forecasts.\nMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and building standards.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives.\nProvide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to clients and key stakeholders.\nSupport business development efforts by providing project management expertise and client solutions.\nFoster strong client relationships and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nExperience5+ years of project management experience within construction, engineering, real estate, facilities, or workplace projects.\nDemonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractors.\nExperience delivering commercial office, tenant improvement, workplace, fit-out, or capital improvement projects.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading tenant improvement (TI), fit-out, workplace, office relocation projects, or large-scale infrastructure projects\nSupervisory or team leadership experience.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED, or equivalent.\nExperience working within commercial real estate, corporate occupier, or
