Create action plan to meet objective, budget and schedule.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Hospital.\nSupervisory:\nProvides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.\nPlans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labour, including overtime. \nMentors and coaches team members. \nLeads by example and models behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.\nMay Manages 3rd party project delivery resources.\nCommunication:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
