lifecycle of data centre project: new builds, expansions, upgrades, retrofits, and capacity enhancements.\n\nPrepare project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations.\n\nEnsure electrical systems are integrated with mechanical, IT, and facility operations.\n\nElectrical Infrastructure Management\nOversee installation and commissioning of various systems\n\nEnsure electrical infrastructure meets data centre Tier requirements\n\nQuality, Compliance & Testing\nEnsure all electrical works meet international and local codes\n\nConduct site inspections and quality audits throughout construction phases.\n\nVendor & Contractor Management\nEvaluate and manage electrical contractors, vendors, and suppliers.\n\nOversee procurement of electrical equipment, ensuring technical compliance and timely delivery.\n\nConduct coordination meetings and resolve technical/installation issues.\n\nRisk, Safety & Operational Continuity\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure projects meet uptime, reliability, and business continuity requirements.\n\nStakeholder Communication\nAct as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, operations teams, and leadership.\n\nProvide regular progress updates, dashboards, and executive reports.\n\nCoordinate with IT, networking, facilities, and security teams to align project objectives.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related fields\n\n3 years or more project management experience in data centre mission-critical facilities, or heavy electrical environments.\n\nHands-on experience with high-voltage, low-voltage, and critical power systems.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
