Must have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving. Must have the ability to lead a team and/or mentor less experienced team members.Job Description\nEssential Job Duties:\nAssists with group direction through performance of routine tasks and activities and establishes processes, methods and systems.\nProactively manages project-related issues on an account or assigned project as necessary for each project.\nDevelop scope and schedule project reports and manage the development of drawings for clients, property/facility management team, design and development and constructions phases for assigned project.\nEnsure success in initiation, planning, execution, and close of all projects against agreed targets.\nMaintain high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance along with maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files.\nPrepare agendas and meeting materials, lead meetings, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.\nSupport the project implementation and execution through completion of construction. Works with owner team on operational readiness plans\nAdvise and obtain necessary approvals from management of potential organizational changes, actions requiring additional commitments and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.\nCoordinate and track all vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s.\nProactively manage project-related risks and issues.\nReview all change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client, all project financial information and management of services to clients as requested.\nKeep building management apprised of progress at all times.\nEducation/Experience/Training:\nBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.\n5 or more years of related experience.\nSolid project management skills along with demonstrated understanding of project management business. Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.\nAutonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion. Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints. \nAbility to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings. \nPrepare and track master project budgets. \nHighly organized with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities at once. \nUnderstanding of technical requirements for various project types. \nExperience within the construction industry required, candidates with additional life sciences or high-tech manufacturing experience strongly preferred.\nMust have experience working with government projects.\n\nCompetencies:\nProblem Solving\nLeads Projects or Project Components\nProvides guidance to junior staff\nAnalysis\nReporting\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
