Supports the FM in preparing KPI presentations, service reports, and management reports, while carrying out other duties assigned by Management.Job Description\nAbout the Role\nManage and oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance works related to hard FM (e.g., Building, M&E services, Plumbing & Sanitary)/ soft FM (e.g., Cleaning, Waste, Pest Control, Landscape, Events Management, etc.) where applicable.\nDeal with feedback and request from building occupants or other relevant stakeholders.\nManage and oversee Contractors in conducting the routine and ad-hoc maintenance work.\nCompile service reports and send them to Client.\nPlan and implement improvement work for the buildings under his/her care.\nInspect building common areas and tenanted spaces, reporting all defects and non-compliances to Superior.\nAttend tenancy fit-out meetings.\nConduct pre/post occupancy inspection\nSource for quotations for ad-hoc repair works, parts replacement, or other work.\nPrepare cost estimates for ad-hoc maintenance, reinstatement and improvement works.\nPerform enforcement duties.\nOrder and keep track of spares, inventories, and tools for maintenance works. \nEnsure all statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely (e.g., building signage, annual water tank cleaning, periodic structural inspection, periodic façade inspection, etc.)\nAssist the FM in preparing the monthly KPI presentation slides and management report.\nTo undertake other work assignments which the Management may assign.\nAbout You\nPossess knowledge and work experience related to M&E or Facilities Management services.\nundefined\nAble to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nundefined\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nWork Schedule\n Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 8:30am -
