This role is ideal for a facilities professional who enjoys working across multiple sites, building strong client relationships, and ensuring properties operate safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements.\nAs a portfolio-based role, regular travel will be required, and the successful candidate must be comfortable managing a varied workload across different locations while maintaining consistently high standards of service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver comprehensive facilities management services across a multi-site property portfolio.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers, landlords, contractors, and other key stakeholders.\nEnsure all properties remain compliant with health and safety legislation and industry best practice.\nLead risk management activities, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks.\nManage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and support annual budgeting and reconciliation processes.\nOversee contractor performance, ensuring service delivery meets agreed specifications and key performance indicators.\nConduct regular property inspections and compliance audits.\nCoordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.\nRespond to occupier and client enquiries, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.\nMaintain accurate records through CAFM systems and prepare management reports as required.\nSupport portfolio initiatives, mobilisation projects, and continuous improvement activities.\nWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service.\nExperience & Skills\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nA customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.\nExperience managing landlord and tenant relationships.\nProven health and safety and risk management experience.\nStrong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.\nExperience managing service charge budgets.\nKnowledge of contractor and supply chain management.\nExperience using CAFM systems and property management technology.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nStrong organisational, numeracy and time management skills.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.\nExcellent teamworking and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExperience within a managing agent environment is desirable.\nEducation & Qualifications\nEssential:\nNEBOSH qualification.\nMinimum of 3 years' facilities management experience.\nFull UK driving licence.\nWillingness to travel regularly as required across the property portfolio.\nDesirable:\nMembership of a relevant professional body such as IWFM, IOSH, or equivalent.\nExperience managing commercial real estate portfolios.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and collaborative team where you will have the autonomy to manage a varied portfolio while making a tangible impact on service delivery and client satisfaction.
