This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of data analytics, procurement analytics, and business intelligence, enabling smarter sourcing decisions, supplier performance management, and cost optimization across our property portfolio.The successful candidate will leverage cutting-edge Microsoft data technologies to transform raw procurement data into actionable insights, driving efficiency and strategic value across the business.\nTHIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO WORK IN EASTERN TIME (US CLIENTELLE)\nJob Description\nProcurement Analytics & Reporting\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support spend analysis, supplier performance, contract lifecycle management, and procurement KPIs.\nDeliver data-driven insights across categories including facilities management, construction, fit-out, property services, and professional services.\nConduct spend cube analysis and category benchmarking to identify savings opportunities and procurement efficiencies.\nMonitor and report on procurement compliance, procurement metrics and maverick spend.\nBuild and manage scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2) and Databricks to ingest, transform, and model procurement data from multiple source systems.\nDevelop and maintain Delta Lake tables and Lakehouse architectures within Microsoft Fabric to support a single source of truth for procurement data.\nWrite efficient SQL, PySpark, and Python scripts to perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation at scale.\nIntegrate data from ERP systems, contract management platforms, and supplier portals into unified data models.\nProcess Automation\nDesign and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline procurement processes.\nIdentify manual, repetitive data tasks and implement automation solutions to improve team productivity and reduce errors.\nCollaborate with the TDS teams to embed automation best practices across the procurement function.\nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration\nPartner with Procurement Managers, Category Leads, and Finance to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.\nPresent findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and commercially relevant manner.\nSupport the CPO and leadership team with ad hoc data requests, market intelligence, and strategic reporting.\nAct as a champion of data literacy within the procurement team, providing training and guidance on self-service analytics tools.\nData Governance & Quality\nImplement and uphold data quality standards, validation rules, and governance frameworks across all procurement datasets.\nDocument data dictionaries, pipeline logic, and report specifications to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer.\nWhat we can offer:\nCompetitive compensation and benefit package\n4 days Home Office option\nGreat learning and development opportunities\nBenefit package includes cafeteria, mental and physical health care package, community bike ticket, and loyalty-based elements\nModern, award-winning office with a view of the Danube\nCentral location, excellent public transport\nYouthful and supportive work environment\nAdditional holidays to compensate for Hungarian public holidays falling on a weekend\nA steadily growing, 100+ year-old international company\nCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
