Repair Team Leadership\nLead, supervise, and manage the repair team in executing daily repair works and fault rectification.\nPlan and allocate manpower, tools, and resources efficiently.\nEnsure all repair works are carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.\nProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians on complex issues.\nMonitor team performance, discipline, and productivity.\n2. Maintenance Trend Analysis\nAnalyse maintenance data, breakdown reports, and service records to identify recurring faults and failure patterns.\nDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on data insights.\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downtime, fault frequency, and response time.\nRecommend improvements to reduce breakdowns and enhance lift reliability.\n3. Technical & Operational Support\nInvestigate major breakdowns and provide root cause analysis (RCA).\nLiaise with suppliers and OEMs for technical support and resolution of complex issues.\nSupport modernization and upgrading works by providing technical input from maintenance data.\n4. Reporting & Documentation\nPrepare regular reports on maintenance trends, repair activities, and system performance.\nMaintain accurate records of repairs, component replacements, and fault history.\nPresent findings and recommendations to management and clients where required.\n5.
