The Facilities Manager is charged with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. An emphasis of this role is placed on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives. This position coordinates the activities, financials, vendors and manpower required for current and future needs of the building and operations.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nLead, plan and supervise IFM operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements, KPIs, SOPs and C&W Services standards.\nOversee building, M&E and critical systems operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, asset performance and timely rectification of defects.\nLead on-site facilities personnel and coordinate contractors, specialist vendors and service partners to achieve required safety, quality and performance standards.\nServe as a key client liaison, providing proactive communication, operational updates, incident reports, performance reporting and recommendations for improvement.\nManage emergencies and incidents, including after-hours escalation where required;
