and Maintenance of HT/LT substations, Transformers, DG, HVAC, Chillers, BMS, Water, Compressed air, STP, WTP,RO, Fire detection and Protection systems, UPS, Audio & Video systems, Access control, CCTV equipment’s, Electrical distribution systems, etc.\nLiasoning for value added service vendor and closure to contracting\nGiving recommendations on vendor selections followed by regular auditing of vendor performance and sharing with Purchase team\nEnsuring proper completion of E&M activities related with projects and day to day technical problems, Electricity Consumption Tracker, 52 Week PM Schedule, AMC / DLP / Warranty Tracking, LOTO System, SOP, Equipment History Cards etc.\nEnsuring required standards in Housekeeping and security at all the sites.\nEnsuring Materials as per the minimum inventory at all site.\nTracking Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports, vendor Management, and ensuring statutory compliances.\nBuilding’s statutory compliance adherences like Fire NOC, OC, DPCC,
