We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver office, mixed-use and complex refurbishment projects for a range of investor and occupier clients.\nThis is a role for an end-to-end “all-rounder” - someone who enjoys being close to the detail, can lead projects from brief to handover, and is comfortable with procurement, contract administration (JCT) and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou’ll take ownership of multiple commissions, typically running concurrently, with responsibility for:\nLeading projects through the full lifecycle: brief, feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-out\n\nActing as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing clear commercial and programme advice\n\nManaging consultant and contractor teams: appointments, scopes, deliverables, governance and reporting\n\nDeveloping and controlling programmes, budgets, risk registers and project controls\n\nRunning procurement routes and tender processes (incl. RFPs / ITTs, bid evaluation, recommendations)\n\nDelivering contract administration (predominantly JCT), including change control, valuations, instructions and progress certification (as applicable to the commission)\n\nManaging stakeholder groups across client, landlord, occupier, design teams and supply chain\n\nSupporting fee proposals, business development and cross-selling across the PDS platform\n\nDriving quality, H&S and compliance aligned to C&W governance and client standards\n\nTypical projects\nDepending on the account and pipeline, projects may include:\nCommercial office refurbishments and fit outs (Cat A / Cat B)\n\nInvestor repositioning / refurb programmes\n\nHeritage-sensitive refurbishments and complex stakeholder environments\n\nMulti-site programmes for occupier clients (UK and EMEA-facing where relevant)\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nEssential:\nDemonstrable experience delivering commercial / office projects within a consultancy environment\n\nStrong capability across cost, programme, risk and procurement\n\nWorking knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration fundamentals\n\nConfident stakeholder management and clear written / verbal communication\n\nProven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality reporting and controls\n\nDesirable:\nMRICS (or working toward) and/or MCIOB\n\nExperience across both investor and occupier projects\n\nFamiliarity with governance-heavy client environments and multi-disciplinary teams\n\nWhy Cushman & Wakefield\nYou’ll join a well-established Project Management team within a global real estate consultancy, working on high-profile client instructions with access to market-leading specialists across building surveying, cost consultancy, ESG, and wider PDS services.
