Budgeting & Cost Control\nPrepare project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow plans.\nReview and certify contractor bills, variations, and claims.\nEnsure adherence to cost control measures and approval protocols.\nEvaluate value engineering options for cost optimization.\n4. Quality, Safety & Compliance\nImplement and monitor project quality assurance and control procedures.\nEnsure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and statutory norms.\nConduct site audits, inspections, and safety toolbox meetings.\nEnsure timely closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and quality observations.\n5. Documentation & Reporting\nOversee documentation including contracts, drawings, RFIs, MOMs, and progress reports.\nPrepare and present weekly/monthly project progress reports to senior management and clients.\nMaintain accurate project records for billing, certification, and close-out.\n6. Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.\nManage relationships with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.\nConduct progress review meetings and ensure alignment of all parties toward project milestones.\n7.
