You’ll work with a diverse range of clients including investors, banks, institutional funds, developers, operators and property companies.\nThis is an opportunity to develop specialist sector expertise while working closely with colleagues across C&W’s wider Valuation & Advisory and Capital Markets teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver valuations across specialist sectors including data centres, life sciences and other niche markets\nUndertake valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisition, disposal and strategic purposes\nProvide valuation and strategic advice to a wide range of clients\nPrepare detailed cash flows, investment valuations and development appraisals\nResearch and analyse market and transactional evidence\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships\nWork independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines\nSupport the preparation of pitches and business development activity\nWork closely with other C&W service lines on client instructions\nKey Requirements\nMRICS qualified\nExperience in commercial property valuation\nStrong understanding of investment valuations and development appraisals\nStrong Excel and financial modelling skills\nExperience with Argus Enterprise and/or Developer would be beneficial\nExcellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail\nStrong report writing and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple instructions and work to deadlines\n\nExperience in data centres, life sciences or other specialist real estate sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
