Operations & Maintenance\nEnsure uninterrupted operation of Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire Fighting, STP, WTP, and Plumbing systems.\nMonitor all critical equipment parameters during the shift.\nAttend breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution.\nMaintain shift logbooks and record all operational activities.\nConduct routine inspection of plant rooms and technical areas.\n2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance\nExecute preventive maintenance as per the approved schedule.\nEnsure timely closure of corrective maintenance tasks.\nCoordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance activities.\nEnsure proper housekeeping in plant rooms and service areas.\n3. Safety & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with all safety standards and statutory regulations.\nConduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices.\nMonitor fire alarm panel and emergency systems during shift.\nEnsure all safety permits (PTW) are properly followed.\n4. Team Management\nSupervise technicians and operators during the shift.\nAllocate daily tasks and monitor performance.\nGuide and train junior staff on operational procedures.\n5. Client Coordination\nRespond to client complaints related to technical issues.\nCoordinate with Client / Tenant representatives during emergencies.\nSupport audits and inspections by internal or external stakeholders.\n6.
