Job Description

Ensure reliable operation of critical mechanical infrastructure including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated systems.
Monitor mechanical system performance and conduct troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Support incident response and root cause analysis for mechanical equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repair activities.
Identify opportunities for energy optimization and mechanical system improvements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide technical reports and recommendations.
