This role focuses on the technical design and architecture of the systems these teams rely on - including Intelex (EHS) and Sigma360 (Compliance), alongside the wider compliance stack - ensuring solutions are designed, configured, and deployed in line with business requirements and enterprise standards.\nThe Solution Architect will report into the Legal and Procurement Systems organization, part of the wider Enterprise Technology function, and will work directly with the EHS and Compliance teams on their respective platforms.\nWhy This Role\nGain deep technical exposure across multiple enterprise platforms spanning Legal, EHS, and Compliance, in one of the fastest-transforming areas of enterprise technology. \nHigh autonomy: solve problems across an entire technology landscape rather than being confined to a single platform or silo.\nWe are not looking for someone who already knows every platform. We want strong Solution Architecture fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly - the rest can be taught on the job.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Support and Configuration\nAct as the technical solution architect for systems supporting Legal, EHS, and Compliance - including Intelex (EHS) and Sigma360 (Compliance) - owning a deep understanding of system architecture, integrations, and cross-system dependencies.\nTranslate business requirements from EHS, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders into scalable technical designs and configurations that align to agreed architecture standards.\nLead technical design reviews and deep-dive assessments in support of implementation and deployment activity across these platforms.\nCollaborate with vendors (including Intelex and Sigma360) on solution design, configuration, releases, and new functionality, providing technical oversight and assurance.\nDesign and configure complex rules, workflows, and calculated fields as part of approved solution designs.\nWork with other solution architects across technologies to assess and manage system impacts and interdependencies.\nPerform technical smoke testing prior to release to validate solution design and build quality.\nSupport UAT by defining technical test cases and validating changes against approved designs.\nMaintain architecture and design documentation to reflect current system configurations and integrations across Legal, EHS, and Compliance.\nSkills & Competencies\nTechnical Skills (essential and ideal)\nEssential:\nUp to 3 years of configuration experience in Workday OR any other enterprise system (ERP, CRM, HRIS, CLM, etc.)\nExperience working with system integrations (e.g., APIs, EIBs, or data feeds between enterprise platforms).\nStrong Excel skills with the ability to apply data-driven approaches to technical configuration.\nStrong attention to detail with data accuracy and data governance, particularly where configuration changes affect regulated or compliance-sensitive data.\nIdeal:\nFamiliarity with any legal, EHS, or compliance technology solution (e.g., contract lifecycle management, matter management, incident management, screening/risk platforms).\nFinance/Procurement technology exposure.\nWorking knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting/data tools.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess technical impacts across multiple systems.\nResults-oriented, able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with delivery teams and vendors.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical teams and business users.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven delivery environment.\nCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
