Responsible to communicate, and administer HR policies and programs under the direction of Sr HR Manager.Job Description\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary HR partner for assigned business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness.\nInterpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR programs to ensure consistent and compliant people practices.\nPartner with managers to address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, recommend appropriate actions, and drive timely resolution of workplace issues.\nConsult with leaders on staffing strategies, organizational changes, succession planning, retention efforts, and employee engagement initiatives.\nSupport compensation processes, including market benchmarking, job evaluations, promotions, and annual compensation planning in partnership with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence.\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administration, and other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and services.\nMonitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and support audits, reporting requirements, and corrective actions as needed.\nAnalyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to business leadership and HR management.\nFacilitate and support employee training initiatives, leadership development programs, and change management efforts.\nSupport employee transitions related to new business, acquisitions, contract mobilizations, reorganizations, and workforce reductions.\nMaintain accurate employee records and leverage HR systems to support reporting, workforce planning, and operational excellence.\nLead or participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and business outcomes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and business partnership responsibilities.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.\nProven ability to influence and advise leaders while balancing employee and business needs.\nExperience managing complex employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.\nAdvanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.\nPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred or willingness to pursue certification.\nAbility to travel as needed.\nStrong customer-service orientation with a track record of building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
