Conduct meetings with clients, Space team members and cross-functional account members to inform, consult, request action, and seek approval with internal and client stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with core program standards - all C&W tools, processes, templates, and outputs standardized and customized to the client\nDemonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options, and alternatives and recommendation of the best course of action for projects\nCollaborate with IFM, PDS, and client RE leadership for alignment and day-to-day operations. Recommend adjustments to processes when misalignment is identified\nProvide effective space planning solutions for all project types (expansions, relocations, consolidations, refreshes)\nDirect the development of planning proposals, site assessments for space efficiencies, utilization metrics, and supply and demand studies\nDirect the delivery of project activities, including relocations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations\nDevelop, present, and maintain headcount budgets, forecasting, and gearing ratios\nPossess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations\nMaintain a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality\nDemonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design\nHave experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity\nBe proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software applications\nHave excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills\nWork independently and as part of a team\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services\nHave strong oral, written, and presentation skills\nAssume ownership of requests to ensure successful completion\nPay strong attention to detail and quality\nHandle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
