Superintendent responds to our tenant's service request and is instrumental in helping Cushman and Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our tenants.Job Description\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTroubleshoot and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, machinery, roofs, drains, and grounds equipment.\nClean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.\nAssist with equipment and system installations, modifications, and upgrades.\nPerform building repairs, including ceiling tiles, door hardware, painting, flooring, piping, and wall finishes.\nComplete janitorial and general building maintenance duties.\nIdentify maintenance improvements and cost-saving opportunities.\nSafely operate and maintain facility maintenance tools and equipment.\nRespond to emergency maintenance issues and service requests.\nConduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.\nMaintain and operate fire alarm, fire pump, and life safety systems.\nPerform basic carpentry and snow removal as needed.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.\nUtilize smartphones, tablets, computers, BAS, and other maintenance technologies.\nComplete all required annual safety training.\nMaintain a professional appearance and follow company uniform guidelines.\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
