Responsible for direction and effective corrective maintenance and planning of Critical Environment and Risk Management and contribute towards delivering industry standards with the primary objectives driving service delivery, quality and performance that will underpin Cushman and Wakefield vision for engineering excellence status. This is a key role requiring excellent teamwork, relationship management and technical skills.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nTo represent the hard services team and ensure the successful site support for all engineering requirements.\nConduct Audits in line with the Cushman and Wakefield processes.\nManage compliance upkeep along with site logbooks and FAMIS CAFM System.\nTo ensure all Critical Service processes are developed in a common approach and meet client requirements or appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLA), as per the contractual obligations.\nCover for the TD when required, for all technical activities, main interface with the site client teams. (Development of relationship with the key clients and stakeholders)\nMonitor Planned Preventative Maintenance System & interface with clients to carry out all user requirements & requests, ensuring CR’s are submitted in time and correctly.\nPlan, control and monitor, by reporting and audit, to review operations and maintenance throughout the building.\nTo ensure all Technical Activities are carried out to meet Cushman and Wakefield health and safety and client safety requirements.\nProvide benchmarking of equipment & performance.\nMaintain the Asset Management Plan and monitor criticality and condition of assets.\nPlan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work events.\nDevelop & manage technical team with appropriate skills to meet client requirements\nAs appropriate establish and agree client service level agreements and measuring to ensure compliance and performance to cover business continuity, customer satisfaction and communication\nReview plant and system performance, highlighting solutions and progressing Continuous Improvement and appropriate benchmarking programmes\nProvide emergency response, managing on site team and communications\nDevelop and maintain a service team culture and improve of self-delivery / Self Perform\nWork on smart systems to drive Energy performance\nWork to support all ESG outputs agreed.\nManage and support tenant fitouts, including planning, facilitating and recording. Attending key stakeholder meetings.\nEnsure that Specialist Service Provider are managed effectively including, worksheets are signed off that quality of work is inspected, and recommendations are swiftly processed.\nExperience and Qualifications\nHigh level of technical awareness within the FM and new building environments to include Power & Distribution - LV, MV, HV, UPS emergency electrical generation, HVAC, cooling.\nRecognised apprenticeship, Degree qualified / HNC Electrical engineering or the equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience of engineering services within critical environment/new builds\nGood managing and Leadership skills, IOSH\nMust possess a good understanding of:\nPPM, RM and CAFM systems\nBMS and control systems\nSmart systems\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nIT literate\nTeam player and Sense of humour\nCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
