The position will be based within the Bristol office but with very much a national remit.This exciting opportunity requires the individual to service existing regional and national mandates.\nJob Description\nRole Purpose:\nYou will primarily be involved in fund and loan security valuations working with top tier clients including funds, banks and operators. You will also work closely with other valuation colleagues in the wider team based across the London and Glasgow offices.\nCore responsibilities include:\nUndertake existing valuation mandates and assisting to build contacts to attract new business\nWork on a mix of loan security and acquisition valuations in addition to regular mandates\nPrepare valuations / strategic advice to a wide variety of clients\nBe able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions, initially under some supervision\nTo start to develop a profile in the marketplace through building client relationships\nTo prepare valuation reports, in various formats\nInspection of assets across the UK.\nPerson Specification / Requirements:\nWe are looking for someone who is a RICS Registered Valuer. Ideally you will already have knowledge of the Healthcare market, however this is not essential as support and training will be provided. One of the most important aspects that we are looking for, is someone who will fit with the friendly, sociable, dedicated and hardworking team dynamic.\nProficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.\nWorking knowledge of Argus Enterprise, not essential - training will be given\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written, enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure, in fast paced dynamic environment.\nThis role will be an opportunity for you to work within an exciting and fast paced environment with a broad client portfolio.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Surveyor to join an established team and develop their career in a fast-growing specialist market.\nCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
