They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.\nJob Description\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nProvide a planned and reactive maintenance service as instructed, ensuring that operational standards, process and procedures are followed. This includes general building fabric and plumbing related tasks as required and as identified on the fabric competency matrix.\nSupport clients in an efficient and courteous manner, with a strong focus on customer care.\nDelivering our service commitments, maintaining high standards of HSE and a secure workplace, control cost, drive service improvement activity and improve customer satisfaction.\nUndertake checks and inspections of new or existing assets and equipment for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.\nAssist engineering team in a wide range of duties as required. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.\nEnsure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations\nTake measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.\nUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.\nImpact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.\nDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.\nExperience Required:\nPrevious experience within a Fabric or Carpentry based role.\nNICEIC Level 3 technical and practical qualification alongside current wiring regulations certification\nHealth & Safety experience IOSH or NEBOSH qualification\nHVAC Mechanical discipline desirable\nGood customer relationship skills and able to demonstrate previous client-facing experience.\nAble to self-manage assigned tasks and determine material requirements.\nExperience within Facilities Management beneficial.\nundefined\nCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
