Responsibilities include portfolio & client support, data reporting, market research & intelligence, and/or monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product.Job Description\nPortfolio & Client Support\nSupport team managing multi-market and single-market client portfolios, including board decks, approvals, tour scheduling, showings, etc.\n\nAssist with portfolio tracking, lease expiration schedules, and pipeline management across assigned accounts.\n\nMarketing & Deliverables\nPrepare high-quality client materials including tour books, market summaries, financial comparison tables, and portfolio review decks.\n\nCoordinate with marketing and research teams to produce accurate, client-ready presentations and reports.\n\nEnsure branding, formatting, and data consistency across all deliverables.\n\nData, Reporting & Systems\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and transaction management systems (e.g., Salesforce).\n\nAssist with portfolio analytics, rent comparisons, and basic financial modeling under broker direction.\n\nTrack activity, pipeline metrics, and reporting for internal and client use.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nLiaise with internal teams including research, finance, legal, marketing, and workplace strategy to support client initiatives.\n\nCoordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for client presentations, tours, and portfolio reviews.\n\nSupport onboarding of new portfolio clients and transitions between ownership or property management teams.\n\nMarket Research & Intelligence\nAssist with gathering market data, comparable transactions, and landlord information.\n\nSupport brokers with research related to market conditions, availability, and competitive positioning.\n\nTransaction Coordination\nCoordinate transaction workflows from initial requirements through execution, including tours, proposals, and deal documentation.\n\nPrepare and organize Letters of Intent (LOIs), proposals, and transaction summaries.\n\nTrack key deal milestones, critical dates, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n\n2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage support, transaction coordination, or portfolio administration preferred.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).\n\nExperience with CoStar or similar market research tools a plus.\n\nKey Attributes\nDetail-oriented and process-driven.\n\nClient-service mindset with strong follow-through.\n\nComfortable supporting senior brokers and complex client accounts.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across teams.\nThe compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.\nThe company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.\nThe compensation for the position is: $ 85,000.00 - $100,000.00Cushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
