Escalates constraints early, communicates progress clearly, and delivers within agreed scope. \nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nProject & portfolio management-\nOwn assigned tasks and communicate responsibilities, status, risks, and next steps. \nDraft stakeholder-ready materials and deliver work that meets scope, timing, and quality expectations. \nSupport project planning, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up. \nStakeholder & project leadership-\nBuild productive working relationships with stakeholders and business partners. \nFacilitate meetings or working sessions with guidance. \nCommunicate clearly in written materials and presentations, including executive-facing content. \nStrategy & process excellence -\nDocument and understand the current state, including existing tools and manual processes. \nIdentify gaps, problems, and opportunities where emerging technology could add value. \nContribute facts, ideas, and technology-driven analysis to solution development. \nData & insights-\nApply basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, including AI-assisted analysis where appropriate. \nRecommend practical KPIs and measures. \nPrepare reports and synthesize findings into clear insights. \nChange leadership-\nIdentify where change management is needed and who is affected. \nSupport impact assessments and adoption measurement. \nCapture feedback and surface adoption risks. \nTechnology-\nComfortable in AI technologies (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). \nCreate solutions using AI tools as a basis. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in any field required. \n1-3 years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, data/analytics, or a related technical field. Internship or coursework involving AI or automation tools considered.\nCoursework or certificates in AI/prompt engineering, data analytics, or automation tools (e.g., Power BI, UiPath) is a plus. \nDemonstrates growing fluency in emerging technologies and AI tools that can be applied to Advisory Transformation engagements. \nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills; hands-on comfort with AI tools (Claude Code) and genuine curiosity about emerging technology; clear written and verbal communication. \nActs as an engaged mentee and constructive team member: curious, coachable, driven, accountable, and willing to ask for help or feedback. \nStrong stakeholder management and relationship building skills \nCommunicates proactively\nApplies feedback\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
