As the first point of contact within the building, you will create a polished, friendly and people-first environment that reflects the values and tone of the Ten Gresham brand. Working closely with the Community Experience Ambassador and the wider Building Management team, you will help activate shared spaces, support community initiatives and ensure every interaction contributes to a welcoming and engaging workplace experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nGuest Experience\nProvide an approachable, visible presence in the building, ensuring all occupiers and guests receive a warm, professional welcome.\n\nDeliver hospitality-led service aligned with Ten Gresham principles, anticipating needs and providing personalised support.\n\nAct as a key point of contact for occupiers, resolving enquiries promptly and escalating issues where appropriate.\n\nSupport the implementation of the customer experience and engagement strategy.\n\nGather and share feedback to support continuous improvement across the customer journey.\n\nOperational Excellence\nChampion high service standards and support colleagues to deliver a consistent front-of-house experience.\n\nCoordinate daily front-of-house operations, including handovers, information sharing and reporting.\n\nMaintain checklists, logs and operational documentation to ensure smooth building operations.\n\nEscalate issues to relevant teams and keep occupiers informed throughout.\n\nBuild strong working knowledge of occupiers, amenities and local services.\n\nEngagement & Community Activation\nSupport the delivery of events, initiatives and activations that build community and enhance the occupier experience.\n\nPromote upcoming events and activities through daily interactions, encouraging participation and engagement.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nModel Cushman & Wakefield values and behaviour standards.\n\nComply with all health, safety and environmental procedures.\n\nWork safely and maintain a clean, professional environment.\n\nAdhere to organisational policies and procedures.\n\nPerform other duties as required.\n\nExperience\nEssential\nExperience in premium front-of-house, hospitality or customer experience environments.\n\nPrevious supervisory or lead responsibilities within a service-based role.\n\nStrong customer service and guest interaction skills.\n\nExperience supporting events or community engagement activities.\n\nComfortable working with multiple stakeholders.\n\nDesirable\nExperience in a commercial office or workplace environment.\n\nFamiliarity with engagement or community platforms.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nRole-Specific Skills\nWarm, confident communication style; able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.\n\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail.\n\nProactive, solutions-oriented and comfortable taking ownership on shift.\n\nApproachable, empathetic and people-focused.\n\nStrong multitasking and time-management skills.\n\nReliable administrative skills with accurate handling of information.\n\nCore Competencies (C&W)\nDriven - proactive, motivated and service-led.\n\nResilient - adaptable, capable and calm under pressure.\n\nInclusive - collaborative, curious and solutions-focused.\n\nVisionary - forward-thinking and improvement-oriented.\n\nEntrepreneurial - resourceful, creative and agile.\n\nPlease note: this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield.
