Workplace Coordinator role provides a broader scope of responsibilities that directly support workplace operations, employee experience, vendor management, and facilities service delivery.Job Description\nActively supports facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, health and safety compliance, space management, and service delivery performance.\nResponsible for ensuring a positive, productive, and seamless workplace environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.\nThe role focuses on improving employee engagement through efficient management of workplace services, meeting spaces, events, and office amenities.\nConsolidating administrative and workplace support responsibilities into a Workplace Coordinator role reduces operational gaps and provides a single point of coordination for workplace-related concerns.\nThe Workplace Coordinator can actively monitor workplace safety standards, emergency preparedness programs, regulatory compliance requirements, and business continuity initiatives.\nPrimary contact for all office admin and facility related issues such as maintenance and cleaning, floor plans, security and building access\nPurchase office materials (supplies, furniture, technical equipment etc.)\nMaintain inventories and follow up with vendors\nInitiate and maintain relationships with various vendors\nSupport the general administrative work where required\nWork with leadership team to support ad-hoc requests where required\nEnable the workplace in terms of office management\nMonitor workplace activities and office access\nConduct regular monitoring of inventory of supplies, consumables and company assets\nCoordinate with building admin\nOffice procurement and purchasing activities (includes invoicing, managing expenses, handling petty cash fund)\nSupervising agency deployed personnel (housekeepers, drivers, liaison)\nEnable the workplace in terms of HSSE\nDevelop, implement, and promote occupational safety & health (OSH) programs\nExternal compliances -
