center operations, IT support, or infrastructure environments is preferred.\n\nBasic knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially in time-sensitive situations.\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills when working with stakeholders across functions and levels.\n\nAble to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and follow through on responsibilities.\n\nFlexible to support 24x7 operations, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call requirements.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate documentation.\n\nPhysically capable of handling hardware equipment up to 50 lbs.\n\nDemonstrates
