performance falls below expectations.\n\nProvide advice on operating client facilities safely, including support for statutory compliance and certification requirements.\n\nSupport client projects and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure safe execution of work on site.\n\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, landlords, vendors, and head office platform teams, to support operational performance and scalability.\n\nSupport facility-related budget compliance in line with contract requirements.\n\n5+ years of relevant health and safety experience in data centers, critical environments, engineering operations sites, or similar industrial settings.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.\n\nExperience supporting EHS programs, audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident management.\n\nProven ability to work across multiple operational streams and manage competing priorities under pressure.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence site teams, contractors, and vendors.\n\nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.\n\nExperience with continuous improvement initiatives, client reporting, and stakeholder management.\n\nWritten and spoken English proficiency is required.\n\nProfessional qualifications in health and safety or related disciplines.\n\nBachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.\n\nIndustry-recognized professional qualifications in relevant fields are an advantage.\n\nProficiency in CMMS or operations management systems such as MCIM, Famis 360, BI dashboard tools, or similar platforms.\n\nINCO: \"Cushman &
