Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.Job Description\nSchedule:\nWed-Fri 12:30p-8:30p, Sat 11:30a-7:30p, Sun 10:30a-6:30p\nTasks & Responsibilities\nCustomer Relations / Communications\nRespond to customers via parking station intercoms, phones, or in person\nAssist customers with enquiries or concerns related to machine usage\nCreate and maintain monthly parking files, including selling new monthly parking\nAdministrative\nPreform daily financial reconciliations for the automated parking equipment\nPreform daily data collection on machine usage\nRecord and balance daily charge back validations for invoicing\nReconcile daily EFT transactions\nCreate and monitor specialty charge back validations for events for invoicing\nMonitor the parking equipment\nTroubleshoot parking equipment concerns and preform small repairs or technical assistance\nComplete monthly audits of transponder inventory\nMonitor supplies and report to Manager when more needed\nManage and balance petty cash fund\nPreform the duties of the Parking Manager in their absence as directed\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum High School Diploma with (preferred) post-secondary diploma/ certificate in administration\n2+ years experience in customer service\n1+ years supervisory experience (preferred)\nExcellent knowledge of good customer service practices and must display a high level of professionalism and positive attitude at all times\nStrong communications (written & verbal), listening, organizational and problem solving skills\nGood conflict resolutions skills\nProficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet), POS system, High volume telephone switchboards\nValid Class 5 drivers license\nMust be able to provide clear criminal background check\nWorking Conditions\nFast paced office environment in downtown Saskatoon\nFast paced customer service via intercoms\nOutdoor work as required, all weather conditions potentially\nBreaks at station\nOccasional varied shift times as required\nThe compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.\nThe company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.\nThe compensation for the position is: $ 37,400.00 - $44,000.00Cushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
