Scope Management:\nProvide governance and functional support to the project team.\nDefine project scope, clearly outline project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.\n1.2 - Planning/Scheduling:\nInterface with project delivery team members with regard to schedule status.\nEnsure schedule is aligned to contractual timings where applicable.\nIf required, assist with stakeholder management to explain schedule slippage\n1.3 - Procurement Management\nProvide functional support to the projects to enable the appropriate delivery of the procurement process.\nLeverage the procurement process and learnings across the project team to provide increased effectiveness on individual projects.\n1.4 - Budget Management:\nDevelop detailed budgets, create a comprehensive budget that includes all potential costs, such as labor, materials, and overheads.\nResource allocation, assign resources efficiently to ensure optimal use of time and budget.\nRegular Financial Reviews, conduct periodic financial reviews to compare actual spending against the budget.\n1.5 - Project Control & Risk Management:\nMonitor and review project performance at a high level by regular review of the defining project control metrics of progress and performance management, schedule status against planned, productivity factors and budget performance.\nMonthly review of project progress, financial performance and risk management.\nProvide support to the project in terms of project controls resources, including personnel, systems and hardware.\nIdentify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nFacilitate, lead and influence to achieve a culture of risk awareness and management within the project team\n1.6 - Stakeholder Management, Communication & Document Control:\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project financial status.\nNegotiate with vendors and suppliers for better rates and terms.\nBuild strong relationship with clients and customers both internal and external .\nAssess the effectiveness of the project team’s communications outcomes with the critical project stakeholders.\n1.7 - Performance Management:\nMonitor the performance of the project team to ensure productivity and efficiency.\nInvest in training for the project team to improve skills and efficiency.\n1.8 - Contract Management:\nPrepare, review and obtain agreements to enter into contract with clients and supply chain.\nThoroughly review contracts to ensure they are financially favorable and terms are clear.\n1.9 - Reporting and Documentation\nPrepare regular financial reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of the project’s financial health.\nMaintain detailed documentation of all financial transactions and decisions.\n1.10 -
