The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and artificial intelligence solutions to transform contracting processes, enhance scalability, mitigate risk, and drive greater speed and consistency across commercial transactions.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze, draft, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, including technology agreements, and related documents for the company’s business, to ensure contract terms align with business objectives, policies, laws and regulations. \n\nIdentify and mitigate risks in various vendor agreements, agency agreements, engagement letters and other real estate and commercial contracts.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in, or a strong aptitude for developing proficiency in, artificial intelligence and other legal technology tools, with the ability to effectively integrate such solutions into contracting workflows to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate transaction execution.\n\nMonitor legal, regulatory and internal policy changes, update attorneys and contract templates as needed to ensure compliance with laws, corporate directives, policies and procedures.\n\nContribute to operational improvements and best practices for contract workflows, templates and efficient contract handling.\n\nCollaborate with team attorneys to share best practices, align and document negotiation and risk management strategies.\n\nAdvise internal clients with respect to policies and contracts.\n\nSupport attorneys with development and updating training materials; and other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or a related field preferred.\n\nMinimum 7 years’ experience independently negotiating and managing processes for complex commercial contracts.\n\nStrong understanding of commercial contracts; experience negotiating commercial real estate industry contracts is a plus.\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; must approach each task with innovative thinking, flexibility and drive.\n\nInnovative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to initiate, drive and promote change management with respect to contracting processes and approach. \n\nKeen ability to multitask and successfully manage competing priorities.\n\nExpert managing contract lifecycle and related systems and in all aspects of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).\n\nProficient managing artificial intelligence tools including development of prompts and building of agents\n\nLI - #Remote\n\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
