This role will respond to GM queries/requests and help facilitate and manage international job moves into and out of their region, in alignment with the C&W policy and best practice. This role reports to the aligned regional People Services Director but has a matrix reporting line to the Senior Manager, Global Mobility. For the Americas region, this role will also have responsibility for the management of the US domestic relocation program, advising People Partners and Line Managers against the local policies.The Global Mobility Specialist will utilize the relevant technology to manage GM cases and store employee relocation data.
