Working with a local partner, you will identify funding opportunities, develop strong proposals, and build connections with local stakeholders and Canadian companies.\nYou will help expand socially and environmentally responsible initiatives, strengthen the organization’s project portfolio, and build its capacity to support underserved communities. Your contribution will advance inclusive development while creating new opportunities for rural enterprises and community partners!\nAs a volunteer, you will:\nDevelop strategies, pathways, and coordination channels with Canadian companies operating in the Cusco region.\nProvide training to local stakeholders to enhance their skills and assist them in identifying value-generating business activities and opportunities.\nIdentify and participate in the creation of proposals related to local, regional, and national funding aimed at fostering the growth of rural enterprises.\nWork closely with the Cuso International Programs team during field visits and other activities conducted under the framework of the new SHARE strategy.\nPerform additional tasks assigned by the office as required.\nEssential Qualifications:\nDegree in International Development, Economics, Social Sciences, Project Management, or Business Administration.\nEssential Background:\nExperience in business coordination, project management, and corporate social responsibility.\nDemonstrated experience in similar roles within NGOs or international organizations is required.\nExperience in social diagnostics, training, project design, and process facilitation.\nAbility to adapt effectively to various contexts and environments, including visits to communities and companies.\nInterest in and sensitivity toward engaging with indigenous populations.\nProven ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.\nCreative individual with sound judgment, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nWhat’s in it for YOU?
