Our platform helps marketers collect, unify, and activate customer data to improve marketing performance and drive measurable growth.About the Role You'll own and elevate the CustomerLabs website experience-from redesign strategy and information architecture to high-converting pages, scalable design systems, and implementation quality. You'll also mentor designers and keep design execution aligned with business and user outcomes. What You'll Do\nLead end-to-end website design and continuous improvement.\nPlan and execute website redesigns that improve usability, engagement, and experience.\nDesign responsive, modern pages aligned with the CustomerLabs brand.\nTranslate business goals into strong website experiences with Marketing, Content, Engineering, and Leadership.\nCreate information architecture, user flows, navigation, page layouts, landing pages, campaign pages, and solution pages.\nBuild and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.\nPartner with frontend developers for accurate implementation and review shipped designs.\nUse analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the website.\nMentor junior designers, run design reviews, and maintain a high quality bar. Must-Have\n5+ years of experience in UI/UX, website design, or digital experience design.\nStrong experience with corporate, B2B SaaS, or marketing websites.\nProven experience leading website redesign projects from concept to launch.\nStrong portfolio of website and responsive design work.\nStrong understanding of usability, responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI patterns.\nExperience with scalable design systems and reusable components.\nAbility to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor designers.
