Our platform helps marketers collect, unify, and activate customer data to improve marketing performance and drive measurable growth.About the Role As an Implementation Specialist, you'll own technical customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live. Every customer stack is different, so you'll understand existing tracking, implement CustomerLabs, connect data sources and destinations, validate event flows, and troubleshoot issues until the data looks right. What You'll Do\nAudit customer tracking setups including GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and ad-platform pixels.\nImplement CustomerLabs on client websites and configure event tracking.\nBuild server-side event flows for conversions such as signups, purchases, form fills, and custom events.\nConnect data sources such as CRM and OMS platforms and destinations such as Meta CAPI, Google Ads, GA4, and TikTok.\nValidate event flows end-to-end and ensure the right parameters reach every destination.\nTroubleshoot tracking discrepancies, isolate root causes, and explain technical issues clearly to customers.\nDocument implementations and feed recurring issues back to Product and Support.\nWork with customers in US time zones when required. Must-Have\n1-4 years of hands-on tracking implementation on production websites.\nWorking knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, dataLayer, and debugging.\nPractical experience with at least one ad-platform integration such as Meta Pixel/CAPI or Google Ads conversions.\nComfortable reading and writing small JavaScript snippets and debugging through browser DevTools.\nBasic understanding of HTTP requests, cookies, APIs, and client-side vs. server-side events.\nSystematic troubleshooting and strong logical reasoning.\nClear written and spoken English for customer-facing conversations. Good to Have\nExperience with a CDP.\nServer-side tracking experience, including sGTM or custom server endpoints.\nE-commerce tracking experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.\nBasic SQL knowledge.\nFamiliarity with attribution and marketing technology.
