Our platform helps marketers collect, unify, and activate customer data to improve marketing performance and drive measurable growth.About the Role As a Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for building, testing, deploying, and maintaining reliable backend systems. You'll understand the business context behind features, write maintainable code, and contribute to a strong engineering culture. What You'll Do\nWork across the software development lifecycle from analysis through deployment and maintenance.\nDesign and develop backend functionality using Python and Django.\nWrite structured, maintainable code with clear documentation and technical design.\nBuild solutions that cover use cases, testing, integration, and production quality.\nWork with SQL or NoSQL databases and integrate components into functional systems.\nUse user feedback and production insights to improve stability and usability.\nPrepare technical documentation and training material for new engineers.\nCollaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality features. Must-Have\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or relevant role.\nStrong proficiency in Python and Django.\nUnderstanding of OOP, persistence, threading, data structures, and algorithms.\nHands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted code generation and tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.\nAbility to work collaboratively with strong communication skills. Good to Have\nOpen-source project experience.\nExperience designing interactive applications.\nPrior experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or OpenStack.\nExperience working in a startup environment.
