You’ll also collaborate with fellow interns on a capstone project and other exciting projects, participate in professional development programming, and engage with leaders across the organization.\nAnalyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research\nParticipate in weekly development workshops and internship related events\nContribute to department assignments aligned to business needs\nWork with your intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge\nPresent your final project and insights to senior leadership\nBuild meaningful relationships across the bank through networking and team activities\nWhat Do You Need?\nRising senior (Class of 2028) pursuing a bachelor’s degree\nInterest in banking, financial services, business, technology, risk, compliance, analytics, or related areas\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nCuriosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment\nAbility to work full-time for the 10-week summer program\nTechnology Skills:\nAbility to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank’s applications.\nFamiliarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.\nCustomers Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
