This scope may alternatively be covered by two full-stack engineers who together cover the backend stack and contribute to the React frontend.\nLocation: Indian (Remote)How you'll make an impact:\n\nBuild and maintain backend services with NestJS and TypeScript;\n\nDesign and implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and data loaders; manage schema evolution;\n\nUse Redis for caching, session handling, rate limiting, and queues/pub-sub as appropriate;\n\nIntegrate with Snowflake: design queries, manage data access patterns, and optimize cost and performance;\n\nImplement authentication, authorization, and input validation in line with the security architecture;\n\nWrite automated tests (unit, integration, contract) and maintain high code quality;\n\nInstrument services with logging, metrics, and tracing; support production troubleshooting;\n\nCollaborate with the Solution Architect, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.\n\nWhat makes you a great fit:\n\n5+ years of backend development; 3+ years with Node.js/NestJS and TypeScript;\n\nStrong experience building GraphQL APIs in production;\n\nHands-on experience with Redis and caching strategies;\n\nExperience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse, with strong SQL skills;\n\nUnderstanding of API security, performance tuning, and scalable design patterns;\n\nExperience with Docker and CI/CD workflows.\n\nYou are a star if you have:\n\nExperience with event-driven architectures and message queues;\n\nExperience with GraphQL federation or subscriptions;\n\nFamiliarity with data modeling and ELT pipelines (e.g., dbt).\n\nIf hiring two full-stack engineers instead:\nEach should combine the backend requirements above (NestJS, GraphQL, SQL/data access) with solid React and TypeScript experience, and be comfortable owning features end to end, from UI to data layer.\nIf you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter.
