You’ll work closely with architects, engineering teams, business analysts, and senior client stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to deliver reliable business value while supporting future growth.\n\nThe platform is already in production and supports business reporting, analytics, and planning across multiple business domains. As the platform evolves, the focus is on improving scalability, optimizing platform costs, strengthening data quality, and delivering new capabilities through a well-defined roadmap.\n\nLocation: Europe\n\nHow you’ll make an impact:\n\nOwn end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data platform, including scope, planning, budget, timelines, quality, and client communication;\n\nDrive delivery across distributed Data Engineering, BI, and Business Analysis teams;\n\nCollaborate with engineering and architecture leads to improve platform efficiency and optimize consumption-based infrastructure costs;\n\nEnsure strong delivery governance, including backlog management, change control, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and clear documentation of requirements;\n\nWork closely with client architects and technical stakeholders to review solution designs, discuss architectural decisions, and resolve complex delivery challenges;\n\nSupport high standards of data quality, reconciliation, and reliability across multiple data sources;\n\nManage delivery risks, dependencies, and priorities while maintaining transparency with stakeholders;\n\nOwn roadmap planning and execution, ensuring predictable and successful delivery of platform enhancements;\n\nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to the long-term growth of the engagement;\n\nWithin the first several months, you will:\n\nHelp improve platform stability and data reliability;\n\nEstablish predictable delivery processes and transparent project governance;\n\nImprove visibility into platform costs and help the client understand cost drivers;\n\nStrengthen collaboration with client architecture and business teams;\n\nDeliver roadmap milestones on schedule while maintaining high quality standards;\n\nWhat makes you a great fit:\n\n10+ years of experience in Delivery or Project Management, including ownership of large-scale BI, Data Platform, or Data Engineering programs;\n\nProven experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, timelines, quality, and stakeholder management;\n\nExperience delivering enterprise data platforms built on Databricks or similar technologies such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery;\n\nGood understanding of modern data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT pipelines, incremental loading, semantic or dimensional data modeling, data quality, and lineage;\n\nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms and orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar;\n\nStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technical leaders;\n\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments using Jira or similar project management tools;\n\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional distributed teams across Engineering, Business Analysis, and BI;\n\nEnglish level: C1 or higher, with confidence communicating directly with international clients and leading meetings;\n\nYou are a star if you have:\n\nExperience in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or other data-intensive industries;\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft ecosystem, or Power BI;\n\nPrevious experience working within Databricks or SAP partner ecosystems;\n\nExperience delivering semantic data models or AI-ready data platforms;\n\nExposure to AI, forecasting, anomaly detection, or analytical use cases built on enterprise data platforms;\n\nExperience working alongside multiple vendors in complex enterprise environments;\n\nTechnology landscape:\n\nThe platform is built primarily on Databricks, with modern cloud infrastructure and orchestration tooling. Data is integrated from systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft solutions, with Power BI used for reporting and analytics.
