Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries.\n\nHow you'll make an impact : \n\n- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flow.\n\n- Build and maintain OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable OmniStudio-based solutions and guided workflows.\n\n- Develop Apex solutions, including triggers, classes, Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex.\n\n- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n\n- Design and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n- Optimize OmniStudio components and Salesforce solutions for performance and maintainability.\n\n- Participate in technical design, estimation, code reviews, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Write unit tests and follow Salesforce development best practices.\n\n- Manage deployments using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools.\n\n- Document solutions and mentor less experienced developers.\n\nWhat makes you a great fit : \n\n- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on production experience with OmniStudio.\n\n- Practical experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.\n\n- Strong Apex development skills and understanding of asynchronous processing.\n\n- Strong LWC development experience.\n\n- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.\n\n- Experience with Flow and declarative Salesforce automation.\n\n- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, testing, and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience with Git, SFDX/VS Code, and Salesforce deployments.\n\n- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.\n\n- Preferred availability : 9 AM - 3 PM EST.\n\nIf you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community - Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter.
