This role involves working closely with commercial teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM implementations and integrations.\n\nHow you'll make an impact : \n\n- Configure and customize Veeva CRM applications, including dashboards, workflows, and user profiles.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM, Vault, Salesforce, ERP systems, and other platforms using SOAP/REST APIs.\n\n- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and code reviews.\n\n- Provide post-go-live support and implement system enhancements.\n\n- Document technical and functional requirements and estimate timelines.\n\n- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.\n\nWhat makes you a great fit : \n\n- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and/or Vault development.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n\n- Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).\n\n- Experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Data Loader.\n\n- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).\n\n- Familiarity with web technologies : HTML5, JavaScript, SQL.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM, specifically iRep (iPad application), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.\n\n- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly and independently with Sales Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Veeva CRM and other tools used in their day-to-day activities.\n\n- Veeva CRM/Vault certifications and/or Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.\n\n- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries highly desirable.\n\nBonus points : \n\n- Experience with Veeva modules like PromoMats, MyInsights, Align.\n\n- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and territory management.\n\n- Exposure to Agile methodologies.\n\nWhat we offer you as a CTzen : \n\n- Financial stability and competitive compensation.\n\n- Transparent plans for professional and career growth.\n\n- Career development paths -
